DMD Home Plans, along with DMD Drafting, was founded in 1992. Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with clients and home builders in Central Alberta and across Canada. Our design process ensures that plans are functional as well as exhibiting curb appeal.
We have a selection of stock home plans varying from entry level starter homes to large estate plans. All plans receive the same attention to detail and design commitment. Each set of plans is engineered in accordance with the National Building/Energy Code (section 9) and follow provincial wood framed construction building practices.
We can design your custom dream home as well. Just provide a “wish list” of features and ideas so we can do a preliminary plan for your approval. Once approved we move forward to working drawings and photo realistic 3D renderings for building permit.
